103: Focus On The Seller, Not The Builder's Home

Your relationship with onsite agents is more important than the home when it comes to closing the sale.
During this coaching session, we will do something a little different. We will be looking at ways to have long-term relationships with on-site sales agents who, in many cases, close the sale, not the client's broker.
You will be asked to do the same things most of our lessons ask. Be proactive, write the prompts, and expect to be held accountable for how you answer our questions. Stay open for some new ideas and for someone coming to mind, you need to call.
