AskFletch simulator courses, seat packages, templates, and related materials contain proprietary digital educational content.

Because digital course access and access codes cannot be returned after delivery, purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect product, or do not receive your course access or access codes, please contact support@askfletch.com. We will work with you to correct the problem.

AskFletch products are sold through one-time purchases. We do not charge monthly subscription fees.
