Frequently Asked Questions

AskFletch provides sales judgment training for Realtors in the AI era. Agents practice realistic sales situations, compare their thinking with AI recommendations, and use their professional judgment to decide on the best final response. There is no subscription. Every simulator purchased may be revisited as often as needed for as long as AskFletch is in business.

The PAIR™ System is the AskFletch method for helping Realtors use AI without surrendering their professional judgment.

PAIR™ means:

  • Propose the path
  • Ask what they know
  • Influence what matters
  • Respond with direction

The system helps Realtors ask better questions, evaluate AI recommendations, consider the client's circumstances, and respond with professional direction.

PAIR™ is an independent AskFletch designation. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the National Association of Realtors.

To earn the NHCB designation, agents must complete these six simulator courses: Simulator 103, Simulator 104, Simulator 201, Simulator 301, Simulator 302, and Simulator 303. When a simulator is included in both the NHCB and PAIR™ paths, completing it counts toward both designations.

Most agents should allow approximately three to five hours to complete the six self-paced simulator courses.

Agents may return to their purchased simulators as often as needed for as long as AskFletch is in business.

Yes. Agents can always know where they are in their course completions and progressions.

About AskFletch

It's been said that if we have enough facts, 95 percent of the decisions we need to make become obvious. The remaining 5 percent is judgment.

1. "I can't do this -yet.:

It's been said that a failure is a person who quit the last time they tried. I guess this depends on your goals and understanding of your purpose in life.

2. Who in the room is a lifetime achiever?

Yes, as I walked through the tables to be recognized as a lifetime achiever, I passed two agents, both divorced mothers, and I thought, true, my sales performance for the year far exceeded theirs, but I was working on referrals with no young children at home, while a wife working as well. I could stay focused; I did not have to tend to school issues, etc. Yet, here these hard-working agents . I had to ask myself, "Am I truly the lifetime achiever in this room?" I often wonder when I get to heaven, if I will be rewarded for what I have done, or what I could have done with the gifts God gave to me.

I trust I bring an affordable and different process to both the successes and failures that crossed my path and the role judgment played in my $3 billion sales career built mostly around teams. David Fletcher
